Where can you find German Shepherd stuffed animals and plush toys?
You can find German Shepherd stuffed animals, facts and information in the Kennel.There are all
kinds of German Shepherd stuffed animals available for sale at our sponsor's gift shop at Jeannie's Cottage. The German Shepherd stuffed animals shown above include a little Fuzzy Town German shepherd plush, and Dutch the German Shepherd made by Ganz, and a Ganz Heritage Collection German Shepherd pup stuffed animal (in back). There is a Soft Spot German Shepherd that really barks and a little black and tan German Shepherd plush toy at left from Ganz. Next to Dutch is a Demdaco German Shepherd. We also have Chief, the Bearington German Shepherd shown at far right. And at far left is Harko the Black German Shepherd from Douglas. The little German Shepherd in front is Sarge, a Ty Beanie Baby. We also have a little resin German Shepherd Garden Stone and a German Shepherd note pad for holding little notes.
German Shepherds are working dogs. They are used for military and police work. Their highly effective sense of smell comes in very handy in police work. They are also used as guard dogs and for search and rescue work.
German Shepherds are about 24 inches high, the males are bigger than the females. Their weight is about 80 pounds.
Their are three varieties: rough-coated, long rough-coated and long-haired. These dogs are loyal, affectionate and obedient with their master and children. They are easily trained. They are tolerant of other animals, but wary of strangers.
